Institution form and research and analysis

To guarantee quality and compliance with our service standards, it is essential to carry out on-site validation of the products offered. Therefore, it is necessary that representatives of our institution visit the place where the products are located to carry out a comprehensive evaluation.

It is important to emphasize that the responsibility for coordinating and facilitating this visit lies with the client. This includes properly preparing the space for inspection and ensuring that all necessary conditions for a thorough assessment are met. In addition, we would like to highlight that all costs associated with this validation, including, among others, travel expenses, accommodation, and daily maintenance of our representatives who will have free access to all services and all areas of the review process, will be borne by the client.

Our representatives will ensure that the product meets all previously agreed specifications and requirements. We understand that this process is crucial to maintaining trust and ensuring maximum satisfaction for both the client and our institution. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and willingness to carry out this validation efficiently and effectively for your recognition.
